I’m a freelance writer and a social media nerd. Today, Facebook told me that it’s my 11th anniversary on the site, and I’m surprised it hasn’t been longer. It’s hard to imagine a time before social media existed.

I’ve been working in the digital marketing space since 1998. I enjoy playing with words, but also love the marketing strategy behind the copy – what makes people tick, and what motivates them to take action
