kristy o'leary

I am a true interdisciplinary thinker having worked in political policy, fine art, and advertising. I grew up in a family business that was destroyed by big boxes, declared a major in American foreign policy mere days before 9/11 and completed a two-year ethnographic study of centenarians observations of climate change on Nova Scotian’s south shore. I consider myself more artist than consultant and have been I have uncanny intuition. I am an impatient futurist.

Working with organizations to vision new models, methods and means by which to align business success and social impact is my passion. I deeply believe we will see a dramatic global shift in our lifetime and must build strategies to ride the wave, rather than be consumed by it. To be clear, we live in exciting times and I can get lost for hours in my projects, visioning unpredictable solutions to complex problems.

I bring a disruptive perspective to all of my projects because I believe every problem presents us with the opportunity to create something completely new.  There is no getting around our problems, but we can design through them. We must design like the future depends on it.

kristy'S BEST FIT

I am best suited to engage with teams and problems that create space for unbridled creativity and innovation. I excel in visioning impactful projects, products and services that speak to the new economy. I am a passionate advocate for using business as a force for good and catalyzing social, environmental and economic impact for organizations. Every corporation, non-profit and hybrid has the opportunity to align business success with meaningful social impact.
