Hugh Fraser

I work with clients in the worlds of energy, sustainability, education, health care, non-profits, research & development, private industry, law, and tourism. I deliver clear, compelling writing, thinking, and strategy – on time, on budget, and on point. My practice focuses on media training, public affairs, and strategic communications.

I spent a decade as a broadcast journalist with CBC News, served as press secretary for former Nova Scotia premier John Hamm, and was a senior PR consultant with Bristol.

I have a Master of Journalism from Carleton University in Ottawa and a Bachelor of Arts from Dalhousie University in Halifax.

Hugh's best fit

My perfect match is pressure, high stakes, deadlines, multifaceted challenges. And gallows humour.
