Giles Crouch

I bring over 20 years global experience to clients. I’ve launched technology and consumer products and services across North America, Europe, Middle East and Africa. I uniquely blend marketing communications, digital anthropology, behavioural economics and design thinking as a Polymath. I’ve worked in senior management in both public and private companies. I am the co-founder & creator of the ICE Awards for creative in advertising in Atlantic Canada.

I often help companies and organizations better streamline their marketing activities through marketing technology and MarOps (marketing operations) to help ensure that when the sales start coming through, they can actually be fulfilled and new customers retained.

I’ve completed over 300 digital research projects, set brand strategies for both technology and CPG companies as well as news media brands. I bring an intuitive ability to fine-tune messaging and brand strategies backed up through the use of data analytics. My clients have included the United Nations, Black & Decker, Makita Tools, Tim Horton’s, Glenfiddich, OptiMYz magazine.

Giles’ Best Fit

With companies and organizations who truly want to grow their revenues and believe in the power of data to tell compelling stories to help them. I work very collaboratively and don’t need hand-holding. As a polymath, I’ll use different approaches for novel solutions. I don’t play well with clients who want to stay the same.
