The most significant aspect of operating in a digital environment is our ability to gather and analyze data on all aspects of our business and then use this information to make decisions to move us forward. Helping clients do this is the foundation of all my work.

This philosophy comes from the experience of running my own digital marketing consultancy for the last three years and in my previous work experience as everything from a sportswriter, to a radio salesperson to a digital project manager. As with any business, clients came and went throughout my career and, looking back, the primary reason they left was that goals and success were not clearly defined. This was not good for anyone and so now I strive to change this by working with clients to determine business goals and then understanding how digital currently supports these goals and where we then need to go.

The ultimate goal is a properly optimized digital presence based on data optimization acting as an interwoven work of art where messaging and experience aligns the potential clients wants with those of your organization without them realizing it is even happening.

Small-to-Medium sized businesses that operate in multiple markets with revenues of between $5 million and $30 million (large enough to have a small marketing team but not quite large enough to have their own analytics department), and online is primary lead/business generator for the business. An element of e-commerce is preferable.

However, instead of Basic, Project just focuses on one element/conversion/user group of your digital presence a business or organization feels they could be getting more information on.

Cost: $570 for report optimization plan. Implementation estimate comes from report and custom depending on complexity of client’s digital presence.
