Quick Tip:

Not all animators are the same – know what you like. Different animators have different styles and techniques, so make sure that you’re really understand what kind of work you’re getting when hiring an animator. You don’t want to hire someone only to realize that their work just doesn’t gel with your organization’s style.

QUICK TIP:

Animators and editors are not the same thing – an editor does not an animator make, nor does an animator an editor make. It’s always free to talk to an agent, to make sure that you’ve got the right person you’re looking for. Same thing goes for video effects and animation. Sometimes they can be asked for as the same thing, but know that they are two very different tasks.
